Frequently Asked Questions
Each month’s envelopes are mailed at the beginning of the month.
If you subscribe by the 25th of the month, your first envelope will be sent the following month. If you subscribe after the 25th, it will be sent the month after that. For example, if you subscribe May 15th you'll receive June's letter. If you subscribe May 26th, you'll receive July's letter.
US subscribers can expect delivery in about 7–14 days. International delivery may take 14 days to up to a month. All efforts are made to get your letter to you as quickly as possible but once I hand them off to the post office, delivery is out of my control. Weather and postal delays may cause your letter to arrive later than expected.
No. Happy Little Post is sent through basic snail mail to keep the subscription affordable.
If you’re in the US and your letter hasn’t arrived by the middle of the month, or if you’re international and it hasn’t arrived by the end of the month, contact me and I’ll send a replacement.
Yes. Every month features a different theme, and all of the items inside are designed to go along with it.
Yes. To send Happy Little Post as a gift, a new subscription must be created using the recipient’s name and shipping information.
